The Entire Home features 26 rooms with 12 bedrooms, 7 baths, 2 kitchens and 2 dining rooms. The large front porches facing Edgartown harbor are an ideal place to spend the day. The over-sized back yard and garden can host weddings and events.

Outside of the home on the North Water side facing the water are two spacious porches with water views of Edgartown Harbor, Chappaquiddick, and the Chappy Ferry. The harbor is just down the street, and you have access to the public North Wharf there.

The back yard features a spacious bricked patio with seating for ten where you can enjoy a barbecue, croquet, and other lawn games. There is off-street parking for three cars (one large and 2-3 small). This is one of Edgartown’s largest back yards.
